Harrison M. Fischer is an attorney that practices personal injury, criminal defense, worker’s compensation, and traffic tickets.
Mr. Fischer has knowledge and experience on both sides of litigation. As a persuasive litigator, Mr. Fischer is able to institute and/or defend lawsuits for his clients. Mr. Fischer has experience representing individuals seeking damages for their bodily injury due to another’s negligence, as well as, has represented various bars, restaurants, and other commercial establishments that were sued for negligence. This experience gives Mr. Fischer an advantage in the representation of his clients as he has a deep understanding of civil litigation, including but not limited to, evaluating a personal injury case and keeping the client informed at all material developments in the case.
Mr. Fischer also worked as a prosecutor in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit. Mr. Fischer received invaluable trial experience, and conducting ten trials that all resulted in a favorable verdict. Mr. Fischer uses his courtroom experience on both the civil side, as well as, defending those accused of crimes today.
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Fischer is a fourth generation attorney.
While in school, Mr. Fischer worked as a clerk for the General Counsel of the 15th Judicial Circuit, as well as, a CLI (certified legal intern) for the Office of the State Attorney in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit.
