BIOGRAPHY

Harrison M. Fischer practices personal injury, criminal defense, worker’s compensation, stop work orders and traffic tickets. Mr. Fischer brings experience and knowledge to the team, having filed numerous lawsuits against at-fault vehicle operators and owners of various premises for the negligence that led to the injuries of his clients. Mr. Harrison brings unique experiences to his clients as he was a former insurance defense lawyer and worked as a prosecutor in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit. During his prior experience, Mr. Fischer defended at-fault drivers in motor vehicle accidents, as well as various bars, restaurants, and other commercial establishments that were sued for negligence. This insurance defense experience allows Harrison an advantage in the representation of his clients today as he has a deep understanding of how the insurance companies value and evaluate personal injury cases. As a prosecutor, Mr. Fischer completed ten trials from opening statement to disposition with all ten cases resulting in a successful verdict. Mr. Fischer uses his courtroom experience on both the civil side as well as the criminal side defending those accused of crimes today.
